Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy applies to all Aresync hosting, cloud servers, software platforms and messaging or calling tools.

Prohibited use

You may not use Aresync services for spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, malware, hacking or network attacks, cryptocurrency mining, illegal content, copyright infringement, or calls and messages sent without the consent required by law.

Messaging and calling

If you use our messaging, dialer or voice tools you must have the required consent from recipients, honor opt-outs and do-not-call requests, and follow the rules of the platforms and carriers involved.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate services that violate this policy or that generate abuse complaints, with or without notice, to protect our network and other customers.
